they were not friendly and accommodating. there was no spare blanket available in our room, and when we requested it, nobody showed up to assist us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is perfect for ski enthusiasts as it is so close to the slopes. I loved being able to hop onto the slopes in no time. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were cozy and the beds were excellent - I had a great night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and provided a good start to the day.

Spent Xmas at this awesome hotel and loved every minute! the hotel is located right on the ski slopes which meant we could ski right from our room to the slopes! Second, the food selection was great and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the hotel had an amazing swimming pool and wellness facility that we enjoyed every afternoon.

The hotel lacked a bit in terms of cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. We also found the parking to be quite limited and had to park quite far away.
